Packages are shipped Monday - Friday. NOT including holidays! Next day shipping will only apply if you choose to give payment via CashApp! Payment through all other sources takes up to 2-3 days to process. Please allow up to 7 days for our standard our shipping. Your order confirmation and tracking numbers will be send to the email provided.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately there are no FULL returns. Sorry, all sales are final! We do offer exchanges on our mink lashes. The pair must be in protective plastic wrap to remain eligible for exchange. Please, email our team for further instructions.
Incorrect Order

Damaged Goods
We are not responsible for any damage caused to your items during the shipping and traveling process. If you receive a damaged product please, email our team with photos and a short detailed description of the issue(s) & your experience. We will then point you in the right direction for reimbursement & or exchange.
